“The Mark Restaurant” is named in remembrance of Lisa’s stepfather Mark Lissner Greenberg who passed after a long battle with cancer just a few years before it opened. We made the organic vanilla/cinnamon gluten free cake with a bit of sweet orange hidden in its layer, glazed in sweet Italian mascarpone [no GMO] for tonight, normally it will only be something we make for weddings, birthdays and the like…

Just Married Tausha and Thomas, both are with the Army and fell in love while serving in Afghanistan. They celebrated their Wedding ceremony by sharing an intimate sustainable/ locally produced dinner with family and close friends. They are both shipping out again soon, we are happy to have been able to assist them in hosting their elegant gathering in our Red Room.
